Consulting / acquisition, growth, exit

Buy a better business. Grow it smarter. Exit on your terms.

Practical consulting for bootstrapped founders and buyers who want profitable online businesses that create freedom, not another full-time job.

I help entrepreneurs buy, scale, systemize, and sell profitable internet businesses using the same frameworks I have used across my own acquisitions and exits.

01 / Experience

Experience is the best filter.

The startup world is full of theoretical advice. I prefer lessons learned from actually building, acquiring, operating, and selling businesses while protecting freedom and family life.

22+years in SaaS and internet businesses
45countries while running a company remotely
10xrevenue growth after acquisition in under two years
<1 hrweekly involvement after hiring a CEO in later years

Both sides of the table

I have bought and sold companies, so I know where deal risk hides and which details buyers notice.

Lifestyle by design

I ran a SaaS company remotely for 11 years while traveling with my family, averaging fewer than four hours per week.

Systems before heroics

Growth is useful only when the business becomes more valuable, less fragile, and less dependent on you.

02 / Engagements

Three ways we can work together.

Each program is advisory, structured, and implementation-focused. You bring the business context; I bring frameworks, pattern recognition, pressure-testing, and a path through the next decision.

01 / Acquisition

Buy a better business.

Define the target, review real deals, pressure-test the numbers, structure offers, run diligence, and move into ownership with fewer expensive surprises.

FocusSourcing, diligence, metrics, offers, transition planning
Best forFirst-time buyers or portfolio builders with capital ready

02 / Growth

Grow it without becoming the bottleneck.

Find the highest-leverage constraints across product, pricing, marketing, people, operations, finance, and retention so growth does not require more of your life.

FocusProfit, operational leverage, metrics, founder independence
Best forFounders around $10k-$100k MRR who want sustainable scale

03 / Exit

Exit on your terms.

Prepare the business so buyers see a stable asset: cleaner financials, documented operations, stronger positioning, and a company that can run without you.

FocusValuation, buyer readiness, deal structure, negotiation
Best forOwners considering a sale in the next 6-24 months

03 / Process

A simple rhythm that creates movement.

The goal is not more advice. It is better decisions, cleaner systems, and meaningful progress between each conversation.

01

Apply

You share the context: goals, numbers, constraints, and what decision you are trying to make.

02

Scope

If it looks like a fit, we schedule a short call and choose the engagement shape that matches the work.

03

Work

We meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly with resources, homework, and follow-through between sessions.

04

Build leverage

You leave with decisions made, systems improved, and a company designed to run with less founder drag.

04 / Testimonials

Candid help for real operators.

“Brandon helped bring structure and clarity to the chaos. Instead of adding more tools or theory, he introduced practical systems that aligned metrics, execution, and strategy.”

Tevia Feng, White Tiger Qi Gong

“Whether you are trying to grow a business to own in a more passive way or grow it to sell it at its highest value, Brandon is your guy.”

Andrew George, MCAT Self Prep

05 / Fit

This works best when the business is real.

I am most useful when there is already something to analyze: a deal, a product, revenue, a team, a plateau, or a possible exit.

Likely a fit

  • You are a bootstrapped founder or a buyer with capital ready.
  • You value profitability, freedom, and resilience over venture hype.
  • You want a business that can run without you at the center of every decision.
  • You are ready to implement systems, track metrics, and make hard tradeoffs.

Probably not a fit

  • You are still in the idea stage with no revenue, unless your path is acquisition.
  • You want a done-for-you agency. I provide strategy, roadmap, and accountability; your team executes.
  • You mainly want motivational validation instead of clear-eyed feedback.

06 / FAQ

A few useful details.

What does pricing look like?

Consulting engagements are structured as a defined advisory program rather than hourly consulting. I stay with you through the process.

Typical engagements are in the 4-5 figure range depending on the scope, how hands-on you want me to be, and the complexity of the business. In some acquisition or exit situations, we may structure part of the compensation as equity participation or a small success fee tied to the outcome.

How long are the engagements?

Most programs include 6 to 12 focused sessions. Clients usually meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the pace of the work and how much implementation time they want between calls. That can make the full engagement anywhere from about 6 weeks to 12 months.

Can you work with my type of business?

Most of my experience is in SaaS and internet businesses, but the principles of operational leverage, acquisition strategy, and scalable systems apply to many digital and service businesses. If you are unsure, the application is the easiest way to start the conversation.

How does it work?
  1. Apply to work together.
  2. If there is a potential fit, we schedule a short call.
  3. If the scope makes sense, we begin a structured engagement around your acquisition, growth, or exit.
