You really have learned how to make the most of every moment. I spend a lot of my spare time trying to figure out what the heck I should be doing in my spare time…. it’s not every efficient or effective……

I do spend time blogging, taking pictures, editing pictures, wandering in my garden. I don’t spend enough time cleaning or organizing things. I guess it’s just not as important to me as other things in my life :)

That’s great you are able to have so much down time! It would be nice to have all that time to do whatever YOU wanted to do. :) I’m glad you’re pursuing your music, learning spanish, and spending lots and lots of time with your cute family.

In my spare time, I… um… wait. What is spare time, again?

I like to read, blog, play with Kennedy, do puzzles, organize stuff, clean…

Friends have always played an important role in my life and I’m so glad I’ve been able to maintain a lot of those friendships. But you are right- the most important relationships are those you have with your family. :D

As I’ve also been typing up my own journals, I’ve discovered so many lessons I’ve learned and forgotten over the years as well. It’s been a long overdue project for me, and I’m very glad I am finally making the time for it.

I wholeheartedly agree that a balanced life means doing the most important things at the most important times, and not getting bogged down in trying to do everything all at once. And yes, that certainly does mean temporarily saying “no” to other things. It’s a great lesson to learn. :)
